We are a high-end custom design, deck, and outdoor structure company serving Mississauga. Our services include deck building, pergola and cabana construction, wood structure construction, and outdoor living space design. We take pride in our craftsmanship, professionalism, and the creation of outdoor spaces that our clients truly love.
We are seeking skilled carpenters to join our team that must be willing to learn, grow, take pride in their work, and genuinely enjoy their work environment.
Additionally, we offer interior carpentry services during the off-season. Experience in this field would be a valuable asset.
Key qualities we Look for
Trade School Certified
We value candidates who have completed recognized trade school programs. This foundational training ensures a solid understanding of carpentry techniques, safety standards, and industry knowledge needed for building quality decks and trim.
Deck Building Experience
Previous hands-on experience constructing decks is essential. We look for team members who are familiar with various materials, tools, and best practices to help us deliver outstanding outdoor living spaces.
Clean Driving Record
A clean driver’s license is required, as travel to client sites is a regular part of the job. Responsible driving ensures timely arrivals and demonstrates your commitment to safety and professionalism.
Independent Problem Solver
You should feel comfortable working independently and making smart decisions on site. Being able to troubleshoot challenges and deliver reliable solutions with minimal supervision is a valued skill in our crew.

LEAD CARPENTER
Key qualities we are looking for in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry (deck building, framing, outdoor structures preferred)
- Qualified trade school
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques
- Clean driver’s license
- Be able to work unsupervised and solve problems
- Ability to read drawings, take measurements, and lead a small team
- Honest and trustworthy
- Punctual, organized, and detail-focused
- Experience with composite decking (Fiberon, PVC, etc.) is a major plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage deck installation and outdoor carpentry projects.
- Show initiative to complete tasks to the highest standard with high-quality finishes and within timeframes.
- Great people skills to work collaboratively with team members and communicate clearly with clients.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or carpentry (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift materials and assist the team on-site
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are key!
Responsibilities:
- Support carpenters with daily tasks and site prep
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
