For repairs and upgrades, a 1-year limited warranty applies, with built-in gutter repairs and upgrades covered for 5 years. These warranties address issues arising directly from our installation services. Should concerns occur, we will assess and determine whether repair or replacement is required—at no additional cost.

It’s important to note that our warranty specifically covers our installation work—not the quality of materials, which are protected separately by manufacturer warranties. Material warranty periods depend on the brand and type of products selected; details can be provided upon request or included during the initial contract.

Routine maintenance is essential for the longevity and proper functioning of your gutter system. Failure to maintain your gutters can result in malfunction and may void your warranty coverage. The warranty does not extend to problems related to misuse, lack of upkeep, natural disasters, or changes to the building structure. In addition, water flow sounds are not considered a defect and are excluded from warranty protection.

Precision Gutters Ltd. is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from a warranty claim.
