10-Year Workmanship & Structural Warranty:
At Mississauga Decks & Trim, every deck, pergola, and outdoor structure we build is covered by a 10-year workmanship and structural warranty. If something we built has a defect, (a structural issue, a fastening failure, or a workmanship error) we come back and fix it. No arguments. No extra charges. That is what standing behind your work actually means.

Manufacturer Warranties:
As Fiberon Pro Users and TimberTech AZEK Pro Users, the composite and PVC decking products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. Depending on the product line, these range from 25-year stain and fade protection at the entry level to lifetime warranties on premium products. We ensure every installation follows the manufacturer's recommended practices so your warranty coverage is fully valid from day one.

Proactive 1-Year Follow-Up Visit:
One year after completing your project, we return to your property for a scheduled inspection visit at no additional charge. We walk through the deck or structure, check all components, and address anything that needs attention. We calendar this visit at the time of project handover so it never gets forgotten. This is part of what we promised you, and we keep our promises.

Fixed-Price Guarantee:
Once we have completed the site consultation and finalized your project scope, we provide a written fixed-price quote valid for 30 days. The price in that quote is the price you pay. Changes to the scope are the only thing that changes the price, and those are always discussed and agreed upon with you before any work proceeds.
